How your registration information is used
JCI Regatta collects your name, organization, position, invitation category, contact information, photo and optional arrival details to manage event registration, issue your pass, coordinate arrivals and record attendance.
Your name, organization, position, invitation category and photo may appear on the venue’s welcome screen when you check in. Your email address and contact number are not shown on that screen.
Authorized event staff can access information required for their responsibilities. Email verification messages are delivered through the organizer’s configured email provider. Your pass is available after email verification.
